-$150 deposit is due when proofs are picked up and taken out of studio
-within 10 days after image book is picked up, order needs to be placed
-orders not placed within 15 days after image book is picked up, will be charged $50/2 weeks until order is placed (up to 2 months)
-75% print order is due when order is placed
-final balance is due when order is completed
-any orders not picked up 1 month after notified are subject to a $25/month handling fee
-creation fee & deposits are non-refundable

-All portrait sessions after August 31st & all orders placed after September 15th, c.verhage.photo is not responsible for late yearbook photo submission and will be subject to a $20 yearbook submission fee.
-orders take around 1.5 months to get back after order is placed.
-c.verhage.photo owns the copyright to all images, many may be used for promotional purposes, ask to fill out for a form if you wish to have your images eliminated from that opportunity.
